Bought the scales yesterday and confirmed the scary number of 145 lbs. A couple of days of no added sugar so far, and a month of even more regular exercise (Ashtanga and strength training at the Y), but now it's a full-on campaign of losing 10 lbs by Feb 20. Cravings are insane, will power all time low, let's see how it goes 😂
